Get to Know Barry Luginbill

When you know Barry, you know a man who is directed by a relentless work ethic, servant heart and strong values.

At the age of 21, Barry took a job in the warehouse of a local manufacturing company. 17 years later, he is the Global Operations Manager for that same company. He is a volunteer football coach at Erie High School, graduated with the 2019 class of Leadership Program of the Rockies, and is the current Chair of the Erie Economic Development Council. He knows the true meaning of fighting hard for a better future. He put himself through college — becoming the first person in his family to ever graduate from college. He is loyal, and has stayed committed to serving the company and employees he works with.

Barry is a committed husband to Jessica, his wife, and dedicated father and step father to their five children (Jackie, Ellie, Cayden, Grace and Jordan) ranging in age from 20 to 3.

Barry guides, with strength, both within his business and his family — not because he is a great leader, but because he is a great listener.

Barry graduated from Centaurus High School in Lafayette and has lived in the surrounding communities since 1993. Barry and his family moved to Erie in 2016.
